2. Services

All pricing, service descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Scheduling and Access

Appointments are made through our scheduling system, email, or direct communication.
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (name, address, contact details, access instructions).

  • Ensure safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Secure pets, fragile items, and valuables before service begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Missed or inaccessible appointments may be charged in full.

We understand emergencies happen and will make reasonable accommodations when possible.

5. Payments

Payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept digital payments through trusted processors such as Square, Venmo Business, or PayPal.
Unpaid balances may result in service suspension or collection of additional fees.

6. Refunds and Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or re-clean specific areas.
Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

7. Property and Liability

By booking, you grant Down and Derby Cleaning permission to enter your property during the scheduled service time.
We handle your belongings with care but are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or loose fixtures

  • Items that are unstable, unsecured, or fragile

  • Allergic reactions to cleaning products not disclosed in advance

  • Loss or damage caused by unsafe conditions, pests, or biohazards

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment.

8. Cleaning Products and Supplies

We use professional-grade products suitable for most surfaces.
If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, please inform us prior to service.
We make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee results when alternative products are required.

9. Website and Content

All content on our website — including text, images, videos, and branding — is owned by Down and Derby Cleaning unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
